So as I put my list together for an inquistion force, quite eagerly, I notice I could have an inquistion warlord AND a second inquisitor whose arbiter of the empror's will gives him a strategem. I quite like the idea of making both malleus +1 psyker power, deny, and activation warlords.

I can't find any reference that this is not legitimate, can you double dip warlord in this looney little faction? I know you can't in a lot of other ones, but I don't have the pariah book at hand to look and see, and this tiny faction needs all the help it can get.

Yes and no

You cannot have more than one inquisitor in a detachment

You can however make an inquisition character model e.g. a jokaero your warlord making it a psyker and use the strat to give an inquisitor a warlord trait and relic.

As per usual you cannot give the same warlord trait to more than one model.

Or have a list with 2 detachments and thus 2 inquisitors.
