Is there a reason we don't have a terrain forum here? One seems reasonable but i don;t see one. There's a terrai thread in P&M but a forum might be better. I searched this thread for terrain and saw no posts askng for a terrain forum.

We don't have one due to lack of apparent interest, really. Terrain threads pop up in P&M considerably less frequently than other topics, and don't tend to get as much attention.

The P&M forums are for terrain. Most of us also include painting etc. in our threads. Keeping things separate would be an inconvenience.

clicking on random threads in the P&M section can lead to some pleasantly surprising discoveries. There are many talented people posting their work. It's actually a nice way to pass some time during lunch, for example.

Well, i came across an instructable on how to make a star wars prop cheap and easy that would with just a little tweak make a great necron terrain piece. I did post it to the all terrain thread and am not sure necron players would see it there. I was kinda hoping for a terrain forum so i could title it a necron terrain piece, cheap and easy.

But if experience shows a terrain forum would be a waste, ok. I am kinda surprised at that, i'd have thought guides to making good terrain cheap and easy would be popular.
