When people talk about Sisters of Battle who have willingly embraced Chaos, Miriael Sabathiel is mentioned as the only one who has done this. However, there is a story about a Celestian who fell to Khorne, which is canon as far as I know:

No one ever talks about her for some reason. Besides those who were brainwashed in the Cain books, are there any other instances of SOB falling to Chaos? I know one order was purged, though the reason was never mentioned. Do you think it's possible that there are more who have fallen but who aren't mentioned, and should more be added into the canon?

There's an Order in the Daemonifuge stuff, but I'm not sure if they technically fell to Chaos.

The Order of the Piercing Thorn specialised in fighting Chaos, and were famous for commando-style tactics.

Their Canoness, Setheno The Gorgon, discovered some sort of taint, and petitioned for them to be purged. She gathered a force from other Orders and personally annihilated The Piercing Thorn; every sister was slaughtered, every vehicle demolished, the Order's fortress was bombed and burnt to the ground, and the land was purified with holy salt.
