Man, that's the joy of Anime! To revel in the complete and utter wastefullness of making an unstoppable nuclear-powered combat andriod in the shape of a cute little girl, who has the ability to fall in love and wears an enormous bow in her hair.

That is nicely done! Good scheme, love the colors. Thanks for sharing.
PS: You signature is absolutely dead on!

Keeping the hobby side alive!

I never forget the Dakka unit scale is binary: Units are either OP or Garbage.

I agree, the models are great, but I find them horrible to paint! Difficult to reach parts, annoying to hold while painting, etc. Are the black flight stands a concession on that, in that you just assembled and sprayed them? Or do you prefer it over the original clear stands? If the latter, that makes it much easier to assemble and paint them, so lucky you. If the former, you could perhaps use a finger nail no remove the black paint without scratching the rods too much. I paint them in sub assemblies of backpack, head and body, but it's just ugh...

I like the color scheme, especially the blue really pops out nicely. My only comment is that I'd choose a different color for the gloves as the arms become a bit too blue now for my taste.

I wrap Silly putty (or anything similar around the flight stands to mask them off.

Or i just use brass rod and say "eff it". The model has to look good, not the flight stand.
