The only armies that I can see you having any issues with, are probably Necros and more elite based armies, like Custodes/Grey Knights.
Especially with the access to mortal wounds and D2 weapons.

Yeah, You should find a way to find an apothecary in there. Getting the wounds back, or even pulling back a model from death can mean the difference between victory and defeat sometimes.

Have you run this list against anyone yet?
Because I'm interested to see how it would work against an armored company. Iron Hands, Imperial Fist, those kinds of armies.

One has to wonder. Do the Tyranids consider drop-assault troops... fast food?
