I am suspecting no, as it must be invoked during shooting or fighting PHASE, and auspex scan happens during a phase that is neither of those.
Am I wrong?

Stratagems that must be used in a specific phase cannot be used when you are acting "as if" that phase.

So if you are somehow able to use Auspex Scan during the Shooting or Fight phase, you can use Fury of the First while making the attacks from that stratagem.
