So, I think I ask this question at least once every edition...
If I want to make an imperial fists army..
Which books do I need? I know there have been points adjustments since the most recent space marine codex. Where are those located?

You would need...
-Core Rulebook
-Space Marines Codex
-Imperial Fists Codex Supplement
- Munitorium Field Manual
You may notice that last one is a hyperlink-that's because, for now, GW released points for free online.
The Supplement is also optional, but would be recommended for the full Fists experience.

Note that if for some reason you would prefer a printed version of the Munitorum Field Manual, it will be available as a 56-page booklet in the March White Dwarf.

You would need the Core Rules and the Space Marines Codex. The Imperial Fists Supplement gives you a few more options but is not mandatory.

Is it written somewhere that Supplements are legal rulebooks for 9th? We use them in our local group, but I don't recall anything outlining their validity anymore.

Some were released for 9th.
Others have FAQs making them 9th legal.
