I am a returning player looking to hopefully get back into playing semi competitively. I've put together a list and was looking for some tips and advice as my knowledge is a bit outdated. My local meta is very mixed so im aiming for a somewhat flexible list that can stay on the board. Thanks!

Not sure if you are using a non-updated BS file but your points are off for you PBCs. Also, you should also be running entropy cannons on all of them, they are so good now.

I would also just run the spearhead detachment as just a keyword NURGLE detachment so you can bring Mammon Transfigured as the HQ. Best deamon prince for the points no doubt.

For your GUO, highly recommend the Endless Gift as your relic. You want as much wound recovery as possible.

if i can tell...drop some plaguebearers, 2x10 are enough and use beasts of nurgle if you have them instead of drones, PBC all with entropy cannon.
