Used some spare 40k bits for weapons (bolt pistol and smoke launcher) and exhausts (smoke launcher). Used leftover flamestorm cannon from my Baal Predator (I've got twin assault cannons on it) for the blower on the hood.
Used larger wheels from another car for rear, and grill/bumper from a Jeep. Basecoated plastic in Abaddon Black and added a little it of Castellax Bronze.
