Hey guys, I've plotted and began writing a Mechanicus oriented fanfiction. It revolves around a Metalica controlled outpost planet with a defense cohort manning its station. The protagonist is a Kastelan Robot survivor of a Nurgle Attack. Any thoughts or advice to pass along?
It'll be a very interesting perspective : I'd recommend something like the Bolo novels or Man of Iron as an inspirational read - Kastelans are not entirely sentient as we'd understand the term, and picturing how an entity entirely driven by predefined protocol rules sees the world will be key.
