The rest surge relentlessly forward to close with the enemy as quickly as possible.

EMPIRE OF THE SEVERED

Based out of the Tomb World of Sarkon, the Empire of the Severed is a world that was wracked with endless radiation storms and bombarded by supernovas for the millions of years that the Necrons slumbered within. The radiation ravaged the memory banks of every Necron interred within, wiping their memories and rendering them mindless. Not realizing its own systems had also been damaged, the master program of Sarkon eventually looked around and observed the quiet order this had brought to Sarkon. It saw that this was good and resolved to carry this quiet order to other worlds. The Master Program became a Necron Overlord known as the Sarkoni Emperor. The Severed have since absorbed the Tomb World of Takarak, overwhelming its defenses and absorbing it along with three other Tomb Worlds into its fold. No brain, no pain.

Relentlessly Expansionist certainly fits this Dynasty as well as being menacingly radioactive Rad-Wreathed. They are your new neighbors and they have come for a visit. Up close and personal. Look, they're positively glowing! Isn't that nice of them?
