Buyer pays for shipping, which usually is the cheapest USPS option I can find unless instructed otherwise. Note - shipping likely to be cheaper if bubble-envelope used (must eschew release's box). I will ship internationally, as well as arrange for local pickup (Portland, Oregon, USA).
