Planning on participating in a team tournament the end of October and thought I'd give White Scars a whirl. I like the idea of the whirlwind causing a unit to fight last and the land speeder storms causing a unit to not fire over watch and -1 to hit in melee as well as doing some blocking. I hear the relic contemptor dreads are the bomb so I through 2 of those in with the trustee volkites. I've rolled it out and I average around 4 mortal wounds per dread. Khan's bike has the ability to move over other models and terrain so he can easily keep up with the vets. The vets can do a ton of damage as a 10 man unit but unless my opponent has a big ugly I need to deal with I might combat squad them. Would love to hear from anyone who plays white scars.
