.So basically I am trying to find let's say exoskeleton/armored "space marine" like miniatures to look at, be it fantasy so swords etc, or sci fi to gain more inspiration for my space marines that I am trying to convert into basically sci-fi/fantasy dragon/reptilians knight as well as just parts in general.

So part of what I want to do is like the storm cast eternals have gryph-hounds I am trying to find dragons/wryms/wyverns/reptilian-like hounds basically, anything from "modern" looking raptors to dragons and the like I am also looking for suggestions for the bigger stuff to be used as "dreadnoughts" and other big equivalents, but hopefully keep an overall look to it, and the like not in a actual 40k game, just because I want something like this and have been working on trying to improve my "skills" over the last few years to finally start on it. I am mainly looking for alternatives to GW miniatures and I am fine with 3D printed suggestions too. So anything from to make them look a bit more "knight" like to scaled, but not to a gaudy degree, and not every unit will have a companion.

I am just wanting to find some models that fit the if four legged same kind of "hound" feel and some parts/kits from other places to add some more personalization to the space marines instead of just using green stuff. Because with just green stuff I am failing pretty hard overall trying to "make" them. So scale cloaks, some shields, maybe other suggestions/tips as well.

Thank you for your time all, and hopefully I'll start making some more progress with this, and maybe depending on how I make them I could use them for 40k instead of using them for other games.

Can’t really help with the lizard part besides suggesting checking out places like GW’s Lizardman Seraphon range, or toy dinosaurs.

For adding flavor to marines, look around for people making bits for Salamanders. I’ve used shoulder pads from Kromlech
