Hi there. Wondering if someone could clarify the rule for me.

If Ragnar is charged (when not his turn), does his ability mean that he would fight first?

The rules state that the person who's turn its NOT, goes first.

This would suggest that if Ragnar is charged when its not his turn, he would be eligible to swing first. Then the player who's turn it is would then pick his charging units to fight.

Advice appreciated!

Thanks

You may get a faster response in the you make the call part of the forum for 40k.

But I am sure someone will be able to answer here as well.

This is covered in the Rare Rules section:

ALWAYS FIGHT FIRST/LAST
Some rules allow a unit from your army to always fight first in the Fight phase, even if they didn't make a charge move this turn. If the enemy has units that have charged, or that have similar rules, then alternate selecting units to fight with from amongst these units, starting with the player whose turn is taking place.
