When I first saw the Reductus Saboteur model, I just knew I had to get it to kitbash into some kind of character model. Had to hunt a bit to find a different headpiece to use, but I've made and painted something I like.

For the paint job, I decided to experiment with browns, greens, and a blue-black color. My aim was to apply color theory in terms of opposites (specifically red-green and purple-yellow) but in a subtle manner, if possible. I like the end result; she looks like some kind of wilderness survivor imo.

Not sure how I'll use her. Perhaps as the rumored cultist leader for the CSM faction in 40k? Maybe as a Platoon or Company Commander for some scummy Guardsmen, maybe as a Leader for an Outcast gang (should the area I'm moving to play Necromunda)?

I'm curious as to what you all think.

I like it. Its really well done, and the colour theory worked out well for you.
I love the idea of doing a cool character and then figure out how it would fit in the rules

Would be a great reason to build up a matching veteran team for AM, and use this as a commander.

Good luck.

Great work!

She looks a bit like an outcast of some kind. A bit too much of a loner feel to be a guardsmen, to my mind.
