Before asking the next question, I did search dakka for the answer and did not see it.

I have a Repulsor, and am a Black Templar player. I want it to have a heavy onslaught cannon, multi melta and onslaught cannon.

Is this a valid load out?

To me it seems to be, because the Repulsor always has one iron hail that can be replaced with a melta or a onslaught cannon, but I am not sure you can take both options.

Anyone able to help?

Yes - you'd replace the standard Ironhail with with Onslaught, then take a Multi-melta rather than the second Ironhail.
