Your army looks very strong against light/medium infantry, but weak to elite infantry and heavy armour.
First off, Flayed ones are 10 points, you have them at 12, so -10pts there.
I don't think you need the res orb on the command barge, it's going to be up fighting things, not chilling with your warriors. That being said, it should at the very least have a Warscythe to give it more oomph in close combat. So, net -25pts. If you take away the orb of eternity, you can replace it with the Voidreaper for even more melee power.
If your Overlord is going to be staying back with the warriors to buff and res, then you can just downgrade him to a lord. If he's going up and fighting all the time (which I don't recommend without an escort) he should drop the res orb and grab a warscythe. Either way, net -25pts.
If you cut the unit of 4 scarabs, that gives you another 60pts to play with.
So, what can we do with 120 extra points?
You could go for 3 wraiths at 105pts and add a scarab back in for 15pts. That would give you some D2 attacks and you can run them with your Barge to get the charge aura.
You could run an Annihilation Barge for 125, though you'd have to scrounge another 5pts somewhere. (Maybe cut the other scarabs and add 4 more flayed ones?)
You could just straight up cut the other scarabs and run a Doomsday arc for some solid anti-armour firepower. That would also leave you with 5 points to put a Warscythe on your Lord in case anyone gets into melee with your warrior blob.
Given your list, I don't think that Eternal Conquerors is all that great, you've got lots of Troop choices as it is. (
BTW, I'd split one into 2 units of 10, one to hold the backfield and another to be more maneuverable while you keep the blob of 20 with the Lord.)
I'd go with either Pitiless hunters to give your Troops more target flexibility, or Immovable Phalanx as you've got a fair few bodies, so massed D1 fire will hurt you.
Hope all that helps, best of luck.
