I'd imagine you could make a copy of it pretty easily using some plastic rod, slightly larger plastic pipe to make trim, and ork skull from GW skull set?

I mean, they exist. I have one (it's actually the first mini I ever painted). Finding someone who is willing to part with theirs is another matter. I don't collect or play Orks any more, but I'm not letting it go because, as I said, it's the first model I ever painted.

Is this a part you want because you're completing a collection - so you want the original, or do you just need a replacement for something that broke or was lost? Because that would be very trivial to scratchbuild or 3D print, as Irbis suggested.
