Hi guys, after a few twerks, thanks to your answers, this is my current list of owned or incoming models.
I want to bring it to 2,500, but I'm unsure of what to add anymore.
Seekers and recon squads don't suit this aggressive list well, I don't want anything static. I was thinking about adding a third 15 man tactical squad to get boots to the ground. That would bring me to 2,500, but wouldn't that be too much tacticals ?
I believe the jetbikes, two dreads, javelins
and terminators should be able to take care of some armor, I don't believe I need much more AT.

I would like to stay without any tank and vehicle.

Hidden blade would be the terminators, dreadnoughts and javelins.

Otherwise, I was thinking about an herald, very helpful as an Emperor's Children ! He would be in a 10 man squad despoiler squad, hopefully being able to help a few squads within 12"

At 2500 you start to see aircraft sneaking in on the reg. I know you mentioned not really wanting anymore tanks/vehicles but a Lightning with most of the trimmings (Servitor, Ground-tracking, Kraken Missiles) is around 265pts if you trim some fat elsewhere it should fit in.

Other than that I'd say that two Tacticals on foot probably isn't enough as they're asking for a pie plate'ing that leaves you without any ObSec.15 Assault Marines naked would run you to about 240 and give your Palatines some backup.

lets see. if you can find a way to trim out another 250 from what you got you can look at doing some allies.
Tossing a knight in is a good way to spend 500 points and its always going to be able to put in work.

Alternatively you could also look at allying in solar aux.
for 525 points you can take
1 las section
1 flamer section (sgt with duel hand flamers and melta bombs)+Termite drill with heavy flamers
1 lord Marshal with a melta bomb and a nanyte blaster.
Which i mean trust me you are never NOT going to find a use for a drill that dumps out
2 heavy flamers
9flamers
2 hand flamers
can charge and hit a target with 2 melta bombs and a nanyte blast to screw over elites.

Oh and bonus if you are doing traitor Emp children depending on how far into the fall they are, you could totally make some really cool cultist like solar aux units
