First question: is the Emperor's Fist Tank Company allowed in tournaments?

Second question: if it is, does that mean in a cadian regiment with Emperor's fist tank company, can I take hammer of sunderence and gatekeeper for 2 d3 battle cannons?

Cause then i would round it out with 2 full payload manticores or basilisks.

As always, the only person who can answer that is the tournament organizer as each tournament has their own rules.

Vigils Detachments are no longer legal for Matched Play as per GT packs, but Cadian Supplement stuff from Octarius is.

For me, the joy is in putting some good-looking models on the board and playing out a fantasy battle - not arguing over the poorly-made rules of some 3rd party who neither has any power over my play nor will be visiting me (and my opponent) to ensure we are "playing by the rules"
