Subject: Hand Brushing airbrush paints?

Hi! I was working on a model, and while I airbrushed most of it, I still have to hand paint the details. While I was handing painting part of this model a bit of paint flecked onto the airbrushed section, and I dont have any of that color of paint in the traditional variety, only the airbrush mix. Can I just take my (non-air) brush and touch up these sections with the airbrush paint?

That depends if airbrush paints are just thinned versions of standard paints

Airbrush paints are just regular paints, but super diluted. You'll find their consistency very watery and you'll have to do a lot of layers/glazes to get any sort of translucency or opacity in coverage.
But otherwise, you kind of can? It's just...lots of work.
