Pics were taken in haste, it's been a while since I've shot a 30k game so a bit rusty. I'm usually more diligent about removing counters and framing out some of the background stuff, hoping to shoot more of these. Anyway, 2500pts Blood Angels vs Night Lords. I like both lists, interesting units and both had a jump infantry and it was nice to see spartans on both sides. It was fun setting up a board for 30k again. It was an interesting game, night lord infiltrated a good portion of units and the blood angels brought down 3 jump units on their first turn, but had some rough reserve roles because they were using their damocles to affect the night lords reserve rolls. The raptor and javelins ended up coming in a bit too late but still managed to make a difference. Final score was 8vp to 3vp for the night lords, they held 2 objectives, had first blood and line breaker, the blood angels held an objective. There were 4 objectives overall, the 4th being contested by a javelin.
