Lots of Obj sec/monkies from the phoenix lords aura and Troops/Rangers, I did not take Will of Asuryan.
1st Turn opening
Rangers and the troop action monkey some objectives.
Deeps strike using Falcon drop pods, Jain'Zar and the 2 squads of 5 banshee in the front lines. Move the Swooping Hawk/Baharroth 14 move, +24 range on there guns, if out of range wait 1 turn or start them in Deep strike if you feel your fighting a bunker army.
Bahrroth can also attempt a charge and yeet out every turn. Pure gold, love him. ( maybe not melee in turn 1, but maybe shoot turn 1. )
Fortune on AoK every turn. Guide the 10 man Swooping hawk squad every turn.
Move/Advance/quicken AoK to the front lines for re-roll charge aura! ( he cant charge turn 1 due too quicken )
Harlequins all full move/advance. Cast, Fog of dreams on the troop. use Mirror Architect on Troop. Troop keeps the Shadow seer/Solitaire safe from range outside 12 inch.
This block of death will be hitting them in the 2nd turn. along with possibly your Hawks, and the D-cannon wielding Wraithseer!
I did spend +20 points for x4 Shuriken Cannons on the 2 Falcons to make them more of a threat.
As long as you don't roll back to back 1s and 2s on your charge rolls, this should cripple the moral of any army you fight.
4-5 Huge distraction carnifex's is the heart of this list
Let your rangers/Troop Score you secondary's. fight with the shadow seer and the Solitaire. ( So many
HQs in this list!

There are so many obj sec in there front line, 9/10 you can control a Primary in there deployment on turn 1.
And remember! Jain 'Zars fight 1st is active with in 6 inch ALL the time. Not just on the charge! and it gives -1 attacks too boot!
Huge chance for a counter attack off your turn! Phoenix lords rock!
Everything in this list moves forward, your Primary control is the middle objectives, and any Objectives in there deployment.
( I have left my Warlord in the back on an Objective after he did 2 turns of Fortune on my Avatar. The Hawks always were able too get in range of his Guide. )
