I was fooling around on Battlescribe and I put together what I think would be a ridiculous and fun little 1000pt salamanders list using only [Legends] dreadnoughts:

HQ:

Chaplain Dread w/ Inferno cannon, close combat weapon and storm bolter 175

Elite:

I was thinking I would go salamanders (flame and melta) and custom chapter for born heroes and master artisans. That gets me rerolls, WS 2+ on the charge, and the salamanders awesome tactical doctrine ability.

What do you think? Too ridiculous?
