Does armor of contempt stack with anything?
Such as when a space Marine ability that you treat ap1's AP zero, will armor of contempt to lower ap2 to AP1 and then have it ignored by this is?

Yes, it can stack
However as AOC clearly states, if you have a rule that lowers AP you lose AOC. That is why sallies had their chapter tactic changed.

So what you need is something that adds to your armour saving throw, such as the cuirass of sacrifice from the grey knights codex. This isn't altering ap,,so AOC is not lost

SO, if I understand correctly, AoC's -1 affect my WOUND roll and treating ap1 as ap0 affects his SAVE roll? ie, Two single modifiers instead of one double modifier.

No-Armor of Contempt reduces the AP of a weapon used against your models by 1, to a minimum of zero.

And the Salamanders Chapter Tactic was changed from “AP-1 is treated as AP0” to “Cannot reroll wounds against this model”.

Armored Resilience is a Grey Knight spell. It ADDS to your armor save, instead of subtracting from the attacker, so it stacks.
