Hi guys,
So I have some doubts about this Emperor's Children RoW.
Obviously I have the French version, so it might be a bit different from yours. But mine read as follows:
You can choose up to 4 units among elites, troops and fast attacks, that gain the flanking assault rule
Can't be heavy or slow units
The player doesn't role to see when flanking assault units come in, and instead can choose the turn.

So, may I use it to make a javelin speeder come in Turn 2 without rolling ? Seeing as the javelin already has the flanking assault rules on its sheet and thus I don't need to put it in a flanking assault using this RoW, which I couldn't do due to it being slow, but the RoW say that all units in a flanking assault come when the player wishes. And the javelin would be in a unit in a flanking assault.

One of the limitations of the Maru Skara is that Slow units cannot be included.

But yes, any units committed to a Flanking Assault are all brought on together whenever the Emperor's Children player desires - whether hey gained the ability to Outflank via the Rite of War, or already had it to begin with.

Yeah indeed, I miss typed, the javelin is heavy which means I can't put it in a flanking assault thanks to the RoW but can still use it in the army
But thanks for the answer !
