So, I just had a very funny situation with GW. This Saturday I ordered Dorn's limited edition book. I got my order cancelled, because GW just can't enter the address right. Right now they seem to keep entering their own address on delivery sticker, even though the order address is all good.
The motive for that - "problems with delivery, please use tracked postage".
The catch? The tracked method is selected automatically and is shown in the order confirmation email! So it turns out they ask you to select "tracked", yet cancel the order when it's tracked.
And they even had the balls to tell me "we've contacted you regarding this issue", when they didn't!

Anyone else having the same problems?

GW "loses" all of my recent web orders. Literally every single one - no exaggeration. I have to email customer service after a week, every time, to follow up. It's same nonsense every time; "Oh, sorry, we're not sure what happened. We'll get this ready and shipped today."

1-week later...

I have to email customer service again because nothing has shipped. Same song and dance... "Oh, sorry, we're not sure what happened. We'll get this ready and shipped today."

1-week later...

It's now been 3-weeks since order placement and I generally get a shipping notice and tracking number.

1-week later...

It's now been 4-weeks since order placement and I generally receive my stuff.

I just looked through my emails to/from GW customer service and this has been the case for the last SEVEN fething orders.

So I can sympathize with you a bit.

I mean, at least here in my country, I'm definitely not the only one who has similar situation. One guy ordered from FW and when it arrived, the upsman was all puzzled, because he only had the guy's phone number, while the recipient was, actually, GW HQ in Nottingham
