With the uncertain fate of Ashshore HQ, and the order to stand down, PDF forces in Ashshore are in disarray. Some forces staying loyal to the Governor, and others joining the rebellion.
Insurgent warbands are running wild in the streets, capturing PDF weapon stockpiles and penetrating the inner districts of Ashshore.
In the middle of the mayhem, a small force of PDF survivors are pushing into downtown, hoping to link up with loyalist remnants and gather enough supplies to continue the fight.
