Lots of teleportation potential (the LoC can teleport with his stratagem, and the TS stuff can teleport with the Duplicity power).

Infernal Master goes with the Scarab Occult Terminators to give them Malefic Maelstrom and they cast Empyric Guidance on themselves for 30" S5/S7 shooting, can also teleport them as a screen for the LoC after buffing them up in the command phase.

LoC casts Infernal Gateway, Bolt of Change and Smite and tries to get as many bonus mortals with Master Mutator, then Magnus copies Infernal Gateway and tries to score 12+ with his +3 to cast (can use an additional ritual to boost it +1 or +2 even). The idea/hope is that Magnus with -1D and the Lord of Change with the Impossible Robe are both tanky enough to survive 1 or 2 turns.

Blue Horrors are just a tax to take the LoC and be able to give him an exalted upgrade and take a relic, will probably just sit on my home objective.

The last consideration had been Master Mutator + Protege on the SoT vs Architect of Deception.

If you can keep Magnus and the Lord of change alive then you can have a great game, but against any decent armylist the will die without earning back their worth.

Personally I like a different psychic power setup:

Ahriman: Temporal surge. doombolt. tzeentch firestorm
Ex sorcerer: Weaver of fates, glamour of tzeentch
Terminators: presage

You invest more in giving the terminators the defensive spells with Ahriman (reroll), and I like to give him a better chance at doing mortal wounds. I also like the ability to reroll the temporal surge power with Arhiman. At the right moment it's also nice to temporal surge arhiman foward, hit an enemy unit with mortal wounds and then charge them with a D3 staff.

The infernal Master is good but I must say that I removed him from my armylist to make room for other things and I think I going to keep him out. When my terminators and fast psychic characters go aggressive then he always get's left alone and dies without the proper protection. I would only bring him If I would also field a big rubric flamer unit because then that +1 Strenght can really do damage.

I like to invest the points in better damage dealing units or simply more bodies for objective grabbing. The stratagem that let's you infiltrate a rubric marine unit is great, and to get the most out of it you could take a 10 rubric unit.

Also, I would always pick the shaman simply for the Psychic Interrogation and cabal ritual " cannot deny" combo.

I would also consider thinking about the wrath of magnus secondairy objective. If the enemies army got a psyker then it is a great way of getting lots of VP. You got to make sure that you always win on witchfire powers and blessings for at least 5x2 VP and throw in the malediction powers if you can.
