The red I think is great, it is very difficult to highlight further on the suit in the way it is sculpted into so many small panels, and the blacklining on the red is smooth and very uniform giving a great sense of depth and definition.
However for the blue, you could start a couple shades darker on the undersides/crevasses to get more definition in the muscles. The legs on the second pic look very uniform but relooking at the first pic the upper body seems OK.
Here is mine from a couple years ago from similar angles shown as an example.
If I were to redo it now it would be 2-3 shades darker starting on the underside of the model and have 2-3 more transition layers.
Also as with Gandalf model you posted, paint the rim of the model's base. Neatens it up immeasurably.
