Hi guys,
So I received a Captain Lucius and a Lord commander Eidolon. Captain Lucius is a new character, in contrast with Lord Commander Eidolon who is was released earlier.
And I noticed that their boxes are quite different: Lucius is delivered in a lame blister, while Eidolon is in a fancy black box.
Do you know if that kind of blister is the future for all characters, because of Horus Heresy going "mainstream" and thus needing a cheaper boxes or
if it is because Lucius isn't advertised as part of the Characters series ?

The character series models almost always come with fancy unique diorama bases. Quite a number of people complained over the years it made them less suitable as gaming pieces. That and the Heresy being pushed as a main game now will probably lead to everyone who isn't a giant being in a blister.

Does anybody know if the rereleased Aevos Jovan still comes in a character series box?

Probably just because it's not a niche anymore. The character series is big and having a box for every single one takes up a lot of space that a blister doesn't plus it'll be cheaper.
