Hey Guys and Gals, I bought Pariah Nexus during a sale, since i always wanted to give KT a shot.
However, silly as i am, i didn't know this is an expansion and there are no rules/dices etc.

But I'm not sure on what to buy next?
Initially i thought i would buy the starter set, which comes with dices, those essential things and the core book.

But do i only need only the latest and greatest core book, or do i also need the compendium and/or Annual?
Or do i need a earlier version of the core rules?

Kill Team: Pariah Nexus is for the previous edition of the game. I think you can still buy the Killteam 2018 Core Rules from Warhammer Digital?

EDIT: Oh dear, seems like they have stopped selling the rules for the older edition.. You either need to buy the rulebook second hand or resort to [REDACTED]

You can still use the models with the current edition of Killteam (KT21), but there are no rules for the terrain or the board anymore.. You'd need the Core Rules, barricades, cards & tokens, and Kill Team: Compendium to play with those models, but you'd only have a couple of missions to play with. More missions can be found in the 6 existing KT21 Campaign books (Octarius, Chalnath, Nachmund, Moroch, Gallowdark, Shadowvault) + Annual 2022
