I suspect the army breaks down into 4 big blobs and 3 marauders. Big Bike Squad, Big Bike Squad, Black Knights and Company/Chapter command, the Speeder Contingent then marauding Invader and the two Jetfighters.
During Devastator DA special rules allow Ravenwing 3 extra inches of movement, and firing anything and everything as if they were assault weapons, plus advancing turns the Jink Save everything's got to a 4++ (except the Jetfighters which can't advance to trigger the 4++ vs 5++)

I suspect staying in Devastator is more important for Advance shooting non-heavies than the bonus -1 to Heavies which may throw a wrench in the secondaries sort of. And you're eventually going to want to drop into Assault if not Tactical for mid-late game cleanup.

I suspect one of its strengths is also that few people will know what to do against it, its just so different.

I'm not sure big blocks of 10 (technically 9) Bikers is a beneficial footprint - Dropping them and the Invader+Darkshroud(FOC Slots) into 4 units of 5 (technically 4 with 3 Bikes plus AB) gets you more MM and more Plasma guns.

The AOO may not be best for this - might still need to do two Outriders. AOO doesn't really give enough FA slots to do this right - I like the Jetfighters as yet another hesitation unit, but I was pushed into them for Points usage too.
