So, thinking of taking a Votann battle brothers combat patrol detachment for an Imperium Space marines Arks of omen main detachment.

I was looking into implications of such a choice, with the main characteristic being I actually want the warlord to be from that Votann combat patrol.
Here is what I found so far, so feel free to correct/add stuff as needed.

1) WARLORD can be selected form both detachments, the implication is that only the detachment which has the warlord can select traits/relics

2) VOTANN DETACHMENT: League customs retained, objective secured retained, stratagems retained, Votannic council upgrades retained, LOSES Eyes of the ancestors, cannot select faction specific secondary objectives (as it isn't the AoO detachment)
SPACE MARINE DETACHMENT: Chapter tactics retained, objective secured retained, chapter command upgrades retained, stratagems retained, LOSES Combat doctrines, can select faction specific secondaries (as it is the AoO detachment)

Did I get it all, and is it correct?

This is depended upon the exact wording of the Stratagem each faction has the allows additional Warlord Traits and relics be chosen. I believe this is correct for all 9th Edition Codexes.
