I'm currently at my parents place, so I don't have my entire collection with me, just some minis I wanted to finish painting. I got a game lined up next Saturday and while it's going to be a friendly game, I would like some tips on how to wield the force I can muster. I haven't played a lot of 9th (it might actually be just one game?!) but my opponent is considerably more experienced. We will be using Arcs of Omen rules.

HQ:
Primaris Lieutenant

Troops:
Intercessor Squad (sergeant with power sword)
Assault Intercessor (sergeant with power sword)
Assault intercessor (sergeant with power first)

Elite:
Leviathan Dreadnought (2x grav-flux, volkite) [-1 CP]
Leviathan Dreadnought (2x storm cannon, volkite) [-1 CP]
Leviathan Dreadnought (claw, drill, flamer) [-1 CP]
Relic Contemptor (plasma cannon, fist, plasma blaster) [-1 CP]
Relic Contemptor (cyclone missiles, 2x twin lascannon)

Heavy Support:
Kratos ( 4x Lascannon, Kratos Battlecannon)
Predator (4x Lascannon)

Some other stuff I have with me:
Another primaris Lieutenant
Primaris captain in gravis

3x Inceptors with assault bolters

Restrictions: I am aware that this is off course not an optimal choice, but I would prefer not to trade out any of the dreadnoughts nor the Kratos from the list.

As you can see, the list is rather starved for CP, and I have no psychic powers. One if my lieutenants has robes (the dark angel specific one), my opponent might accept him as a librarian proxy. In case I would use one, which psychic powers should I choose?
As warlord traits and relics cost CP, and I have one CP left, is there one that is worth it?
Other than that, what stratagems will help me the most? I'm completely lost with the plethora of available options.
