I mean, Ghaz isn't gunning after Angron but yeah, if that happened it would be a battle on three fronts.
Each force (Khorne, Orks, Templars) would revel in the general mania of it for various reasons (Blood for the Blood God, a really good scrap, opportunity to exterminate the enemies of mankind).

Nowhere, it's a dumb meme. Made even more comical by the fact there are multiple 'dead' playable characters in all HH and 40K army books, and even dumber by the fact multiple commissars were removed from the IG book but somehow only Yarrick was noticed...
