I have got me a box of star wars legion. but what do i need to buy to get a real army 800 point no tournament games.
I want to expand the two armys from the starter box. Or would it be beter to get another starter box?
Its stormtroopers and rebels.

Both of the Battleforce boxes are worth getting and will get you comfortably over 800pts.
It very much depends upon what you want to run though and how competitive you wish to be.

Also worth noting that there is going to be a points change within a week so any advice might alter drastically depending upon what happens then.

I dont like the snowtroopers, im liking the standerd stormtroopers. And if im correct there isnt a battleforce with stormtroopers.
So it seems the only option is to buy separate stormtrooper units or to go for an extra starter box.
The echo defenders are those rebels in winter gear or could i use them as rebels for endor and other battles not on hoth.

Points isnt a problem because i wont play in tournaments.

Other question: are those terrain boxes with missions in it fun/worth there money? (bunker box is one of them)

You are correct that there is not a battleforce box set with stormtroopers, there are two battle forces (which have variant list building options) though. There is also an upgrade pack for Stormtroopers that includes some different options (ST captain, specialist and 2 new heavies) that could be worth picking up as could the Imperial Specialists pack (contains an officer, medical droid, repair droid and comms specialist). The Rebels also have their own variants of these boxes. Two core sets is not a bad place to start if you are splitting the boxes, gives both players all they need to play and two useable armies with only the double commanders not being able to be used.

The rebels in winter gear are a separate unit from the ones in the core set, they are called Rebel Veterans and play a fair bit differently. They can be used in any game and are not limited to battles on Hoth (same goes for everything else in the game, they maybe thematically be more fitting for some battles but gameplay wise it does not matter).

The expansions which contain terrain can be broken down into 2 types, narrative and standard. The narrative ones are the bunker, escape pod (only way to get C3P0 and R2D2), crashed AT-ST and crashed X-Wing they are all good fun to play though the balance can be a little iffy, it is worth noting that the cards that contain the missions are easily found online so there is no need to buy them unless you want the terrain piece or other models.
The standard ones are Vital Assets and Priority Supplies, these contain new missions, deployment options and battlefield conditions and are well worth the purchase just for that.
There are also a few tournament kit only mission kits (The Asset, Unnatural Resources, Dynamic Exit and Vader Down) all of which change the way the game is played but are all easily found online to either play or purchase and are great fun when you are used to things.

Straight out of the box with only adding unit options though you get 578pts of Rebels and 618pts of Imperials from 2x core sets. Normal game size is 800pts and the game is balanced around that limit though still is fun at 500pts (skirmish size).

I want to do the army's a little of an endor thema
the bunkel assault and the assault from rouge one. so most woodland base.

i switch to 28mm bases because the swl bases looking crap on infantry, on the bigger models with the notches its les a irritation.

if i have painted up my army i wil get some more characters to.

Also of note: The Shadow Collective box is a full 800 point army (not terribly optimized, but that should be fine for you) in a box, for far cheaper than the other boxes. That was my in to the game.

I do expect the Black Sun Enforcers to get hit hard in points with the new update.

Yeah, the mag-det enforcer and in-squad Vigo went up two points each as well. So an extra 6 points for a suicide squad isn't terrible.

At the moment i have some problems buying the things i want, there not in stock or available.

Yeah the upgrade pack 2 is nearly impossible to get world wide currently. Just print the cards off a list builder, you are not planning on going to any events so it will not matter.
What else are you struggling to find?

If i order from ATM i can get a decent part of the models but dont know of they sent it to europe and how long it takes. if i want to order from shops in europe a lot of model are not available.
