Yes, the leader's keywords spread to the whole unit, which will not always be beneficial.

so, goonhammer talked about this in their admech review, and said yes, a unit has ALL keywords of its constituent parts, so it would trigger any [anti-x] abilites if one part has it.
Nothing i have seen yet is definitive on this matter, but given their degree of certainty on the matter, im think its safe to assume they have seen the equivalent of a designers commentary or "rare rules" guideance on the matter, even if they aren't able to point to it yet as its still bound by NDAs.

Look at the bright side, they now can move through wall and scale ruins.
No idea what happens if the leader is killed while they are on a ruin's second floor though.

so, they were agian quite clear on this, in a way that makes me think they have the rare rules/designers commentary.
it doesn't work like that, because the Kastelan models dont have [infantry] keyword, they are still bound by their regular movement rules. But [anti-x] attacks are checked agianst the whole unit and work if any constituent part is effected.
so, you basically get the worst of both worlds.
