As in the subject? Can I deep strike on turn 1? I can’t find any limitation for it on the rulebook

There is no rule book limitation
Missions can (and so far, do) limit this

Missions can, and often do, limit Deep Strike on Turn 1. However, you can bring in a Drop Pod turn 1, so there's that

Leviathan yes. Core rulebook only for strategic reserves but nothing for other forms of reserves.

So in core rulebook mission you can deep strike turn 1.

If you play leviathan mission pack you can't deep strike turn 1(drop pod excluded)
