Warmaster was a 'specialist' game GW put out a long while ago that featured very small miniatures for playing massive engagements in the Old World.

So remember, these minis are all rather small

That's rad. Look at the little Lichemaster and Krell. And the Von Karsteins! So awesome.

"Unimaginably ancient xenos artefact somewhere on the planet, hive fleet poised above our heads, hidden 'stealer broods making an early start....and now a bloody Chaos cult crawling out of the woodwork just in case we were bored. Welcome to my world, Ciaphas."
Inquisitor Amberley Vail, Ordo Xenos

"I will admit that some Primachs like Russ or Horus could have a chance against an unarmed 12 year old novice but, a full Battle Sister??!! One to one? In close combat? Perhaps three Primarchs fighting together... but just one Primarch?" da001

I love me some Warmaster - fantastic work, you must have really tiny brushes!

It wasn't that they're smaller than what I'd normally use on minis, but I did need to use the brushes with a really good point on them.

Also, I used a lot of light and an optivisor for this whole project. An optivisor is basically a head-set with magnifying glasses set into it (kind of like reading glasses but they fit over my glasses)
