I havent been having too much success with Dark eldar in this edition but I can give you some thoughts on what has been working for me.
Cronos is a must have, 2 max but 1 is just as good.
Mandrakes - are our best objective takers and secondary mission users, sort of cheap have stealth cant really fight or shoot but have a nifty fade away ability at the end of your opponents turn and they can infiltrate
Void ravens - are making a come back! expensive but have a lot of fire power you can either take the 2 dark scythes load out and get 12 ap 3 dam 2 shots or the void lances with str 14 ap 4 d6+2 damage. I think people generally go the dark scythe route to deal with elite units
Reaver jetbikes - decent objective takers idk if you take them in a large squad and generally take a heat lance, you can do some cool tricks and snipe lone characters if you bring a full squad with eviserating fly by
Allied units - Death jesters and Solitaires are both extremely useful in our faction since they both have lone operatives. Lone operative is one of the best abilities in the game currently and we naturally have 0.
As for your list I think your running too many kabal warriors and raiders, raiders are kinda expensive atm. You could probably get away with mixing in some venoms to combat squad some of your warrior squads allowing them to jump into raiders and turn them into pseudo ravagers. its an ok load out. I'm not a fan of Talos I just think their sort of hit or miss. I would also switch out the blast pistols on the solarites to the shard carbine mainly so that you can still do actions if you need to.
Hope this was helpful
