Subject: What's going on with Adeptus Titanicus, is Legions Imperialis replacing it?

Maybe I missed the memo, been out of the loop for the last two months because of moving, but AT seems to be semi-canceled. Was looking for the warmaster titan in GW's boxed games section but it's gone. Along with all other titans, there are only weapon sprues for the warlord and reaver. I then checked out Forge World's boxed games AT section, and it's only selling weapons as well. Among them are warlord and warbringer nemesis weapons. I then did a general search with DuckDuckGo for AT and came up with The Horus Heresy: Adeptus Titanicus box set, which is on GW's site. I looked for it again on GW's site, but I couldn't find a link to it, not in boxed games, 40k, or 30k. I can only get to the page by searching for it, which is weird. On the page, there is only one option to buy AT models and that is in a boxed set that contains 2 reavers, 2 warhounds, and 2 knight lancers. No warlord, no warmaster, no warbringer nemesis, no recently designed dire wolf hound titan, and no other types of knights.
It did however have the same GW's AT section titan weapon sprues for the reaver and warlord. So AT is no longer making the recently created warmaster, the warlord, the warbringer nemesis, and the dire wolf titans, and all knights except the cerastus lancer bodies. You can still buy weapons for the warlord and warbringer, even though you can't buy the bodies they're designed for. Items that are out of stock are only listed as temporary, and not no longer being produced. I'd think the former would indicate they're not getting rid of AT, but the lack of models suggests they are.
Apparently, they plan to continue AT but for the HH, not 40k, but it will be called Legions Imperialis and in epic scale (6 mm) and not AT scale (8 mm). So GW is selling products (AT scale) that are essentially obsolete, even though AT is out of stock for some models. So if you played AT, all those models are now useless if I understand it correctly.
I've been reading threads to find out what's going on but haven't seen a post explaining it in detail. I'm not interested in playing AT or Legions Imperialis, I can only afford overpriced plastic for one game (though I don't play, mostly in it to paint and the lore) I just wanted a warmaster to sit on my desk because I like the look of the model.
The only bright side is I have two stl warmaster folders in 28 mm scale and plan to print one once I'm done with my warlord. I could rescale the model for epic or AT scale, but I'd rather use the resin on 40k-sized titans.
Is this correct, or did I miss something?
Thanks.

Parallel games. The new warhound titans coming out with Legions Imperialis are getting Adeptus Titanicus rules in the box, etc. You will not be able to field a pure knight or titan force in Legions Imperialis, if you want to play one of those you have to play Adeptus Titanicus, etc.
Reason you can't find inventory is because its all being repackaged. Adeptus Titanicus has always (well, since 2019 anyway) been a Horus Heresy game, never 40k. The origianl like 20-30 years ago may have been 40k, but that was a different game in a different time.
Also, your understanding of scale is wrong. I'm not going to go into any more detail than that because its a whole thing on these forums, other than to say that Adeptus Titanicus models and Legions Imperialis models are both the same scale.

You already got the answer, but I can add Titanicus boxes are slowly becoming available again - The starter recently came in stock in the GW webstore again. Model boxes will to after repackaging, probably with LI bases, and a new box art + new SKU.

Kind of off-topic, but I just went to the GW site to see what they're rolled out LI and saw ALL the Tyranid models are sold out.

I managed to order in the Adeptus Titanicus: The Horus Heresy starter box for my UK store this week, despite it being OOS on the GW webstore. I guess some was available.

There are different warehouses with different inventories. Objects sold out in GWs direct sales warehouse aren't necessarily sold out in the trade sales warehouse.
