The folks over at Dwarven Forge have been working on a new series of sci-fi terrain that will be in their robust Dwarvenite material rather than resin like their original sci-fi terrain.

At this stage it is looking like a smaller release than their usual giant Kickstarter campaigns.

I am sure they would like to hear your feedback as they are still in the design stages and the GW crowd is definitely being taken into consideration as you can see in the video.

Design is nice.

Like that they're going with the more durable material.

Weight is a concern, as is their sometimes eyewatering prices.

As Schoon said those pieces seem heavy, and if you go big it will be hard carrying them around for games. It's like the Hirst molds a great idea until you build too many!

Weight and price are valid concerns.

At this stage DF have said they are avoiding LEDs and keeping the number of sculpts down to reduce price but given the current state of international production and shipping I think the price tag may still illicit a wince.
