My Gargantuan Squiggoth got a slight Upgrade!

I felt like This model was missing something and I spent AGES trying to work out what it was!
Turns out it was missing a very large Gun on top, and then space for some boys to hang out in on the sides!

The idea behind the Shipping containers is that in battle, the Squiggoth would stampede its way through the battlefield and the drop the shipping containers filled with Orks down and they would pour out, Causing all kinds of mischief!

"The Dakka Dive Bar is the only place you'll hear what's really going on in the underhive. Sure you might not find a good amasec but they grill a mean groxburger. Just watch for ratlings being thrown through windows and you'll be alright." Ciaphas Cain, probably.

There's so many cool things going on with this model. I like how much height the basilisk cannon adds to the whole thing. That and all the little turrets makes the whole thing feel like it's piled high with dakka. The scale of the shipping containers feels just right to be saddlebags on something so large and it really feels like it has the proper carrying capacity for whole mobs of boys. Do you have any more photos? I'd love to see some shots of the side profile.

Ask yourself: have you rated a gallery image today?

Aww wow thank you! I don’t currently have more photos, but once I have some paint on it, I will get all sorts of photos! It shouldn’t be long until I’m able to paint it though!
