Two close combat weapons adds one additional attack - provided that either: Both are not Specialist Weapons or Both are specialist weapons.

So paired chainfists = +1 attack, as does paired power axes.

Given that Red Butchers have appalling ballistic skill, that combi-bolter is almost no use, whereas they can't shoot in melee anyway!
