There isn't a 10th Ed Codex for AM yet. You can find the Index on the Warhammer Community website in the 40k Downloads tab.

You'll also want to download the Munitorium Field Manual in order to have the pts.

I remember having the same problem both when I started and when I tried looking into older editions.
For some reason GW does not seem to be proud of their editions and never labels them as such. 40k materials are either current or outdated, which makes it difficult to collect for a certain edition. Even their Big Rulebooks are only labelled that half the time.

10th Edition at least has a completely free tier with everything available for download from their website.
And just so you know, codices are released over several years, basically over the lifespan of the edition.

Actually do you even need the BRB for combat patrol? It doesn't have a core rules card or pamphlet in it?

Dakka's Dive-In is the only place you'll hear what's really going on in the underhive. Sure, the amasec is more watery than a T'au boarding party but they can grill a mean groxburger. Just watch for the occasional ratling put through a window and you'll be alright.

Incorrect.
Once the Codex releases the free access to its Index entry is removed.
If you're a SM, Tyranid, Necron or AdMech player, other than the pts, your not getting freebies. At least not from GW....
