pondering thoughts, by my reading of the Automated Sentry rule the units not only can split fire, but has to - model by model they pick the targets, firing at the nearest that meets the specified criteria.

Anti-Tank at tanks
Light at infantry
Skyfire able to decide to instead pick the nearest flier instead of the above

given it looks like the boxes that are coming are a mix of weapons this makes sense, however its not explicitly stated they split fire, just noted that targets are picked model by model - so approaching a group from two sides could see, for example, the anti tank weapons splitting and diluting fire.

its interesting we have the Tarantula in missile for anti air and lascannon for anti tank but no heavy bolter for anti infantry work
