Out of my Mind

Update/Evolution: After a few games with the old list, decided to move toward this. Still focused on Warriors as I learn the game.

* Awakened Dynasty
- Szeras
- 3 x Chronomancer (1 w/Veil)
- 2 x Royal Warden

- 60 x Warriors w/Flayers (20/20/20)
- 20 x Immortals w/Tesla (10/10)
- 10 x Deathmarks (5/5)
- 2 x DoomStalkers
- 2 x Reanimators

The 3 Warrior squads will 'bubble' around Szeras. Wardens are the cheapest character, so they'll go into the front units to give the bonus. I expect these units to die, but feel that they fit in well with the Awakened tactics and will leave combat if they're in it, add to the shooting and be available to tie it up again if anything survives. The Veil-tek will go with the 3rd blob and be mobile as needed. The other 2 Chronos will go into the Immortal units. The Advance/Retreat makes the pretty mobile, and I've been enjoying the Awakened bonus w/Conq. Tyrant Strat has been fun. Deathmarks haven't been great, but I've learned that they're good at limiting my opponents reinforcement options while still able to help out the main force. I'm losing the mobility on this list by dropping the Tomb Blades, but so far I've found the Chronomancers and the Veil to be adequate enough to get where I need them.

This only comes to 1840/2000 so I've got 2 options to fill at this stage unless someone else has another option.

Option #1: Adding a Hexmark w/Subjugator. He'll sit with Szeras and give another +1 Bonus to hit, really there to counter any Neg. Modifiers or loss of Chars. to keep the Warriors shooting at 3+. 3 Scarabs will float around, most likely helping out the Deathmarks.
Option #2: Cryptothralls for both Immortal units. I still like these guys, but found them to be a negative in Warrior units. In an Immortal unit, I can see them keeping the Tesla's alive and not wasting any RP that triggers. As much as I like them, I'll admit they're too expensive for what they do, so I'm starting to make lists that'll phase them out for other things.

The Old list for reference:
Spoiler:

- Overlord w/Staff, Res Orb, Casket
- Chronomancer w/Veil
- Chronomancer
* Cryptothralls
- Royal Warden
- Hexmark Destroyer w/Phasal Subjugator

- 10 Immortals w/Tesla
- 20 Warriors w/Flayers
- 10 Warriors w/Reapers
- 10 Warriors w/Reapers
- Ghost Ark
- Ghost Ark

- 10 Deathmarks (2x5)
- 6 Tomb Blades w/Blasters, Shadowlooms
- 2x Doomstalkers
- 2x Reanimators
- 6x Scarabs

RP has definitely swung too far the other way again. Ghost Arks can only pick one unit each turn compared to Reanimators, it's kind of a disappointment when using that ability. I think Ghost Arks are fine, but it's a lot of points to protect 10 Warriors that doesn't offer too much support for the Awakened Dynasty perks. I like Cryptothralls, but might be playing them wrong. So far they've only hurt my army as far as RP is concerned when attached to Warriors. I want to like Tomb Blades, but I'm still trying to learn 10th and figure out what Warriors do that I'm going to shelve them and revisit them later.
