I have to say, this was a good year for me, 2023.

Ego dual blade self propelled Lawn (mower/mulcher)
Ryobi Extend-it kit Edger/weed-whip/limber/chainsaw/brush-saw/roto-tiller
Splitter (Unknown make or model/used past ability to tell)

Looking to do some serious clearing and hauling of old dead/dying trees around my property, filling in the lower areas. Instead of renting the chipper/excavator from local, I was going to go into a combined purchase with my neighbor. He's keen on Deere guy, and I'm more of a Hyundai. Granted where we are, Deere has a closer "repair" depot, but that being said, will always end up costing twice as much to repair.

Any advice?

Bought a leaf vacuum / shredder, but missed the window for actually using it - by the time I got it, it had rained heavily several times and the fallen leaves were all wet through. Tried it, but was pretty ineffective - and also it turns out shredding wet leaves gets quite messy... Still, ready for next year now!

Don't have much scope for getting anything big - I think our back garden is maybe 100m2 tops.

The shredder I bought was the best 250 bucks I ever spent. No more trying to find places to put PILES of dead branches and leaves, and saplings. This eats it all, and turns it into basically mulch for the gardens. It even chews up the xmas tree at the end of the year, which is great for keeping out the barberry.
